Colombia is one of the most important region with pre Columbian art, because in Colombia had many different cultures and everyone made different type of art, the most important Indian cultures are Quimbaya, Chibcha, Calima and Tairona.

Quimbayas.

Is one of the most important culture in Colombia Pre Columbus they made many different type of crafts, they made the crafts with golden and used one method  for made this but method disappear. The most important craft is poporo.

 

Chibchas.

Chibchas made many crafts and worked whit many things too, chibchas worked mainly clay and golden, every craft that they worked represent something past in the nature and they gods.

 

Calimas.

Calimas worked with geometrical forms, they made they crafts with golden and represent the thinks they used every day.

Tayronas

Is one of the most older culture in Colombia, they culture continue they culture and they continue for they crafts but a little part, tayronas made they crafts with golden but they disappear more than 300 years ago. Today they work with wool and continue to living in the same place.

  

Survival School.
In Colombia you can faind many survivals school, but the most important school in Colombia is "School anaconda". this school are in amazon jungle, and you can participate in three specifics expeditions, one is for beginners, other it's for advanceds and the last one is't for professionals.

Camp for biginniers.
it is really basic camp, they do the basic and elementary things for survive in the jungle, for example, make fire, hunt and make your hut.

Camp for advanced.

You will do all things that you know, in this camp you will staying alone whit your grup and you will make a hut, hunter, and survive for one week in amazonas jungle, it is extremely hard the first but you will learn many thing that it's rally important if you will survive.

Camp for professionals.

You will satying with a Indian reservation, and you will learn everething that they will teach you, and you will staying one month alone with tribe and became in a professional survaiver men.

POPORO QUIMBAYA

Poporo is one of the most important crafts in latin america, it was made in Colombia in precolumbian age, about 300 years before christ.

Poporo was made for Golden, with Quimbaya indians, this crafts it’s the most important symbol with this culture, because it demand effort and dedication if they want to find a perfect poporo.

Poporo have more than 700 grams, 23,5 centimeters to tall and 11,4 centimeters in deameter. Poporo was blown in two parts with a cera technique, this technique desappeared more than 600 years ago.

Poporo is the first piece in gold museum in bogota and continue to be a symbole to Colombian crafts and became in our symbole.
